He graduated in Law from the Universitat de Valencia and completed a Legal Practice postgraduate at the same university. Currently, Joaquín is doing a PhD on Administrative Law.

Areas of practice
At present, Joaquin is outside legal counsel to the Spanish Football Players Union, advising professional and non-professional footballers on contractual and litigation matters.
Joaquin has developed an expertise in the legal framework relating to event organization in the music industry, particularly in the areas of administrative and employment law.
As an entertainment law expert, he advises the main music promoters in Spain.
A business law practicing lawyer since 2001, Joaquin has developed his activity in the business and construction sectors, in consultancy as well as construction and public services companies. Being noteworthy his position as legal department manager at Acciona Medio Ambiente S.A. and Acciona Servicios Urbanos S.L.U.
