Announcement of the appeal filed by the Spanish Competition Authority against new requirements on private hire drivers companies

The filing of the appeal has come only a few days after the President of the Spanish Competition Authority expressed his refusal to “ban” companies like Uber or Airbnb. On Tuesday May 22nd, after careful examination of the documentation and explanations provided by the club to the CFCB, the UEFA concluded that there are uncertainties in relation to the refinancing of the club, therefore decided to transfer the case to the CFCB’s Adjudicatory Chamber.
